Once you enter into your client area portal click on the options Support Ticket in the quick navigation box in the right column.
You will be taken to the list of department in which you can post your ticket.
- Accounts & Billing Department – Inway Hosting Accounts & Billing Department
- Sales Department – Inway Hosting Sales Department
- Abuse Department – Inway Abuse Department
- Support Department – Inway Support Department
The form for reporting your issue is simple, you just need to choose the related service in question (if you have multiple accounts) and describe your issue and then click on a submit button.
